Microwave, optical and digital communications platform
The Microwave, Optics and Digital Communications platform is a set of test benches that can operate either autonomously or in a collaborative manner.
Each test bench can meet a unique and very specific requirement. The equipment covers the very high frequency electronic domain DC 70GHz to the photonic domain 600 1600nm, covering the measurement of semiconductors on a chip (sub tip table) to the measurement of devices and systems. Sub-tip tables, VNAs, semiconductor parametric testers, lasers and modulators, arbitrary signal generators and analyzers, electrical and optical spectrum analyzers, etc. allow microwave measurements, digital radio communications, from 5G, 6G, to LiFi and LiDAR, covering on-chip hardwares aspects to signal processing and wireless networks applications. Some examples linearization of 5G 6G E R and GaN amplifier architectures, RF and microwave integrated circuits, SiGe/Si BiCMOS, GaAs VCSEL, InP/InGaAs HPT, Optical and electrical interconnections.
